Founder Natalie Campbell is an Edinburgh based creative with a background in Fashion at Heriot-Watt University School Of Textiles & Design. Growing up with a family of buyers in the antique industry, Natalie grew fond of discovering the rare and second hand treasures that would often pass through the family home. She developed Saint August in 2022 with the intention of merging antique and vintage pieces with her contemporary fashion interests.

"I started Saint August because I was growing tired of continually repurchasing gold costume jewellery which would always inevitably end up turning silver. I wanted to start investing in quality pieces which I knew would last a lifetime and was looking for something that had the character and craftsmanship of vintage rings, yet felt modern in their design and style. It was challenging to find exactly what I was looking for all in one place so I set about creating a space which would offer a seamless shopping experience for finding quality second hand fashion accessories."
